Débora Bloch(Tânia) (Special Guest Appearance) A seasoned TV, stage and motion pictures actress, Débora Bloch has gained the reputation of one of the most talented comediennes of her generations.

Her many feature film credits include Bete Balanço (Lael Rodrigues), Noites do Sertão (Carlos Alberto Prates Correa), Sonho Sem Fim (Lauro Escorel), Patriamada (Tizuka Yamasaki), Carlos Diegues' Veja Esta Canção, (opposite Pedro Cardoso in the segment "Drão"), Felicidade É (Jorge Furtado), and A Ostra e o Vento (Walter Lima Jr.). One of the great names of Brazilian Cinema, Débora Bloch has accepted to make a guest appearance in BOSSA NOVA moved by the quality of its script.

The actress starred in many TV Globo's prime-time episodic dramas, including Jogo da Vida, Sol de Verão, Cambalacho, Salsa e Merengue, and Andando nas Nuvens, and acted in serveral series Comédia da Vida Privada and Vida ao Vivo Show. On stage, she appeared in the productions of Rasga Coração, Fica Comigo Esta Noite, and Cinco Vezes Comédia.

In BOSSA NOVA, Débora Bloch plays Tânia, Pedro Paulo (Antonio Fagundes)'s ex-wife, who leaves him for a Tai-Chi-Chuan teacher. At first, she shuns away all of her ex-husband's attempts to save their marriage. But gradually, she starts to find the cultural habits of her new husband rather strange and decides to go back to Pedro Paulo. Tânia is a travel agent and she's the one who sells Nadine a plane ticket to New York so she can meet her virtual love, ignoring Nadine is a student of Mary Ann's, her ex-husband's new love interest.
