BIOGRAPHY
In the six years since thirty-year old Laurence Côte began acting, she has worked
on stage and screen with such esteemed directors as Jean-Luc Godard, Jacques Doillon
and Jacques Rivette. After making her screen debut in Jean-Charles Tachella's TRAVELLING-AVANT, she worked with Rivette in LA BANDE DES QUATRE and HAUT BAS FRAGILE, with
Doillon in LA VENGEANCE D'UNE FEMME, and with Godard in NOUVELLE VAGUE (NEW WAVE).
As Juliette in LES VOLEURS, Laurence takes on a complex, multi-faceted role in her
first association with André Téchiné.
