OLM MEANEY (Seamus) is an Irish-born actor who first came to prominence in "The Commitments." After that, Meaney gained recognition as a regular on television's "Star Trek: The Next Generation," followed by the same role on "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine."

A versatile character actor, Meaney has also appeared in John Huston's final film, "The Dead," "The Last of the Mohicans," "Far and Away," "Under Siege," "The Road to Wellville," "The Snapper," "The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill But Came Down a Mountain," "The Van" and "Con Air."
