THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE 50 STATES OF THE U.S. AND D.C., AND IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THOSE AREAS ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF ONE OF THOSE AREAS AND 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF AUGUST 11, 2006.
1. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions), who are 18 years of age or older as of August 11, 2006. Employees of Sony Pictures Classics, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Incfusion Corporation, d/b/a Rotten Tomatoes, Skycastle Entertainment, Inc., Sullivan Compliance Company ("Sweepstakes Administrator"), their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of this Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities"), and members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter this Sweepstakes.
2. How to Enter: The Viva Pedro Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on August 11, 2006 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 1, 2006 ("Sweepstakes Period"). You can enter online or by mail. To enter online, access www.vivapedro.com ("Web Site") and follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the Sweepstakes entry form ("Online Entry"). Information required on the entry form consists of your First Name, Last Name, Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, Zip, Daytime Telephone Number (including area code), Email Address, Date of Birth, and Gender (collectively "Entry Information"). Limit one (1) Online Entry per person/email address/calendar day. Online Entries by the same person in excess of this limit will be disqualified. Online Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 1, 2006. To enter by mail, legibly handprint your Entry Information (email address optional) on a piece of paper or card (no larger than 5" x 7") enclosed in a postage-paid business size envelope (#10) and mail it to: Viva Pedro Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 10698, Burbank, CA 91510 ("Mail Entry"). Mail Entries must be mailed separately, postmarked by October 2, 2006 and received by October 5, 2006. All Entry Information for Online Entries and Mail Entries (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entries") must be completed in full. No copies, facsimiles, or reproductions of Mail Entries will be accepted. Proof of delivery or receipt of a Sweepstakes Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of entry. Any attempted form of entry into this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void.
3. Prizes/Odds of Winning. One (1) Grand Prize: A trip to be shared by winner and one (1) guest to Spain consisting of round-trip, coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest to Barcelona, Spain from a major commercial airport (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) near winner's residence in the U.S.; standard hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (single room/double occupancy); round-trip ground transfers for winner and one (1) guest between Spain airport and hotel; one (1) set of the Sony Pictures Classic library of films by director Pedro Almodovar on DVD (consisting of eight (8) DVDs) ("DVD Library") for winner; and one (1) official movie poster for "Viva Pedro" for winner. Approximate Retail Value "(ARV") of Grand Prize: $3000. One (1) First Prize: One (1) 8 DVD set of the Sony Pictures Classic DVD Library of films by director Pedro Almodovar (see above); and one (1) official movie poster for "Viva Pedro". ARV of First Prize: $400. Five (5) Second Prizes: One (1) official movie poster for "Viva Pedro". ARV of each Second Prize: $10. ARV of All prizes is: $3,450. Contents of DVD Library subject to availability and will include those titles active and in stock at time of prize fulfillment, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible Entries received. Trip must be completed within one (1) year of notification of winning. Trip subject to air travel and hotel availability, holiday and black-out dates, and all other prize and travel restrictions. Once determined, no change, extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. If winner is a resident of a state that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the allotted travel guest. If travel guest is a resident of a state that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the winner. Winner and gust must take air travel on the same travel itinerary. Trip winner is responsible for all other incidentals/expenses not specifically mentioned as being included, including but not limited to additional ground transportation, meals, gratuities, and phone calls. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents (passport, etc.). If winner elects to travel without a guest, no additional compensations will be awarded. Movie poster will not be exchanged for other movie title(s) except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. DVDs will not be exchanged for movie titles in different formats. DVD prizes do not include a DVD player. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for a prize (or component of a prize), except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or any element thereof) for a prize of equal or greater value, whether due to prize unavailability, or for any other reason. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. Winners are solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. All federal, state, or other taxes (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes and prize notifications will be shipped/mailed to addresses within the 50 states of the U.S. and D.C. only. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household. Grand Prize winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 from the Sponsor for the total ARV of the Grand Prize stated above.
4. Drawing and Notification of Winners: Potential winners will be randomly selected from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received in a drawing held on or about October 12, 2006 ("Drawing Date") by Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging organization. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone (at the phone number provided on that entrant's Sweepstakes Entry) within two (2) weeks of the Drawing Date. All other potential winners will be notified by mail within one (1) month of the Drawing Date. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, and/or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and, if applicable, an alternate potential winner of such prize will be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion.
5. General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively "Rules and Laws"). If a winner is a resident of a state that deems him/her to be a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. Potential Grand Prize winner (his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be required to sign, execute, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release (where legal), and any other documentation that the Sweepstakes Administrator and/or Sponsor may require (collectively "Affidavit/Release"), within five (5) days after receipt, or such potential Grand Prize winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. If travel guest (his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be required to sign, execute, have notarized, and return a Liability Release, a Publicity Release (where legal), and any other documentation that the Sweepstakes Administrator and/or Sponsor may require, within five (5) days after receipt. By returning a completed Affidavit/Release, Grand Prize winner attests to the authenticity of his/her winning entry and the provisions stated therein including compliance with these Official Rules. Once submitted, Sweepstakes Entries and the corresponding Entry Information become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrants may receive future promotional information from Sponsor. Any personal information supplied by entrants to Sponsor or its affiliates online will be subject to Sponsor's privacy policy located at: (http://www.sonypictures.com/corp/privacy.html). Except where prohibited by law and/OR Sponsor's privacy policy (as applicable), entry into the Sweepstakes and/or a winner's (winner's parent/legal guardian, if winner is a minor) acceptance of a prize constitutes permission of such winner for Sweepstakes Entities to: 1) use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the Web Site, winner's first name, last initial, city and state for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity; 2) modify, use, assign and/or dispose of Sweepstakes Entries however it sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties. Additionally, if an entrant chooses to opt-in to a specific offer from a participating Sweepstakes Entity, his/her personal information will be subject to that Sweepstakes Entity's privacy policy and terms of service (if applicable), and such entrant agrees to receive additional email communication from that Sweepstakes Entity. Respective privacy policies of Sweepstakes Entities participating in opt-ins will be accessible from Sweepstakes entry page. Sponsor is in no way responsible for such independent offers from Sweepstakes Entities. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of Sweepstakes, or the Web site promoting the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with Sweepstakes will be ineligible to win a prize and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify Sweepstakes thereof and conduct the drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. In case of a dispute over the identity of the entrant who submitted a winning Online Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with that Online Entry will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Said entrant must comply with these Official Rules and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.
6. Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for Sweepstakes Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or for Entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, mutilated, forged, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, damaged, mechanically duplicated and mass machine printed, postage-due Mail Entries or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and all such Sweepstakes Entries will be disqualified. By entering Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of Sweepstakes Administrator which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in Sweepstakes; acceptance/possession, defects, and/or use/misuse of any prize; cancellations and/or delays or any change by any company or any other persons providing any prize component due to reasons beyond Sponsor's control; shipping delays for any prize or prize component; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by Sweepstakes; interruption or inability to access web pages associated with the Sweepstakes, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant's (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of Sweepstakes; cancellations and/or delays or any change by the air carrier(s), lodging facilities, or other company or any other persons providing any of components of the prize for the winner and his/her guest due to reasons beyond Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Entities control, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Each entrant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from Sweepstakes and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Sweepstakes Entities. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of a prize supplier or any of its agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of Sponsor, or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of Sponsor or its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

Box 10877, Burbank, CA 91510. All requests must be received by December 1, 2006. The Official Rules will be accessible from the Web Site during the Sweepstakes Period. The Winners List may be posted on the Web Site.

By entering Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of Sweepstakes Administrator which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in Sweepstakes; acceptance/possession, defects, and/or use/misuse of any prize; cancellations and/or delays or any change by any company or any other persons providing any prize component due to reasons beyond Sponsor's control; shipping delays for any prize or prize component; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by Sweepstakes; interruption or inability to access web pages associated with the Sweepstakes, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant's (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of Sweepstakes; cancellations and/or delays or any change by the air carrier(s), lodging facilities, or other company or any other persons providing any of components of the prize for the winner and his/her guest due to reasons beyond Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Entities control, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Each entrant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from Sweepstakes and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Sweepstakes Entities. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of a prize supplier or any of its agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of Sponsor, or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of Sponsor or its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

Box 10877, Burbank, CA 91510. All requests must be received by December 1, 2006. The Official Rules will be accessible from the Web Site during the Sweepstakes Period. The Winners List may be posted on the Web Site.
