Producer/Director Terry Zwigoff is the critically-acclaimed director of the documentary Louie Bluie, a portrait of the obscure and eccentric blues musician and artist, Howard Armstrong. He also directed a feature-length documentary called A Family Named Moe on the history of Hawaiian music. Zwigoff has known Robert Crumb for over twenty-five years, published several of his comics in the 1970's and played in Crumb's band, The Cheap Suit Serenaders. Zwigoff and Crumb have just finished a feature screenplay, The New Girl Friend, which they hope to realize later this year.
