One of Frances most acclaimed comic actors, Pierre Richard acheived international stardom with roles in the hit films THE TALL BLOND MAN WITH ONE BLACK SHOE, LA CHEVRE, and LES COMPERES. In addition to acting in over 30 films since 1967, Richard has directed five features-- THE DAYDREAMER (1970), JE NE SAIS RIEN MAIS JE DIRAI TOUT(1973), TOO SHY TO TRY (1978), CEST MOI, CEST LUI (1979) and ON PEUT TOUJOURS REVER (1991), scripting and/or producing four of those, and one documentary, PARLEZ-MOI DU CHE (1987), with Jean Cornier.
